Micro-vinification IN STAINLESS-STEEL VATS
We use small-scale vinification in stainless-steel vats to carefully monitor each batch, ensuring precise control over fermentation and maximizing the expression of each grape variety.
FRENCH OAK
Aging our wines in French oak barrels adds complexity and a refined structure, imparting subtle notes that elevate the natural character of the wine.
